I had an excellent experience working with Resolve. Kyle Claussen was very helpful and prompt with all responses. He very patiently walked me through all of the legal jargon in my contract so that I felt much more comfortable knowing what I was signing. He was also very helpful through the negotiating process and helped me to get a more favorable contract.

Resolve has been an incredible resource during my contract negotiations. Kyle and Courtney were so responsive and always found time to meet with me even if it had to be after-hours on a few occasions due to my schedule. The benefits team was also a pleasant surprise and helped walk me through my benefits package to know how it measures up nationally. I was grateful I chose the Full Access Contract Review package to have unlimited communication for a year. Helped give me much more peace of mind! I had a great experience, gained a lot on my contract during negotiations, and plan to come back for future contracts with them.

Kyle was extremely helpful for my first job contract and had already outlined the issues in my contract by the time we met. He was very prompt in getting my revisions in and in review of final contract.

I did not have a good experience with this service. Their initial fees are more costly for contract reviews than other services and do not include suggestions for revising the contract language. They basically identified concerns that I pointed out in my initial email or those of which I was already aware. They had limited availability making it difficult to have a timely review and revision of my contract.

Kyle and the team at Resolve provided excellent analysis of my contract, all within a short amount of time. I would highly recommend the agency to any physician looking to have their contract reviewed.
