Resolve is fantastic. They really understood what I was looking for in a career with respect to type of facility, the population I wanted to work with and most importantly, the location. They really took what I said to heart and started their search. When I decided that I needed to change location for family reasons, they completely switched their strategy and without any issues begin modifications in the search and sending me opportunities I would be interested in in the new desired location. When I got the interviews, they helped me set this up really taking the load off me during residency. Finally, when I got the job offer, they were great at looking over my contract and telling me whether this was on par with other physicians in the area or whether some negotiation was appropriate. They are a great agency and their referral bonus is great as well.

The contract negotiation by Resolve helped me get my student loans paid off by my employer. Priceless.

If you have no idea where and how to look for a job, I guess it is good for a start. But very expensive, they require more than 1 month of your salary. Not worth it in my opinion. I wound not recommend resolve physician agency.

I consulted Mr. Claussen to review my employment contract for an ophthalmology position. As someone coming straight out of fellowship, I knew basically nothing about the process. Mr. Claussen was very patient in explaining the contract components and knew a lot about what is typical for the profession. He was also very prompt and professional at answering additional questions over email. I also really appreciated how flexible he and his office staff were at scheduling calls around my (annoying) fellow schedule. I highly recommend him.

My point person, Paige has been incredibly efficient, responsive and helpful. I can not say enough good things about her. From sending emails to providing interview related material to helping with keeping track of things, everything was done professionally. My CV was sharpened and so was my cover letter. Contract review services were offered as well. My recommendation will be to start as early as possible so that you can really zoom in on your dream job in your favorite location.
