Bad experience I was told upfront that I could get the $295 back and when I ask for a refund I was told no. They also passed my banking information to a third party who took $25 without my consent when I ask Alvin about it he promised they were not affiliated with anyone like that only to find out he was wrong ! High pressure would not advise without doing your homework!

I have been deeply impressed with Taylor Perez, who was very helpful in walking me through the process of determining the extent of my IRS exposure. He was able to outline the steps that I needed to become current with the IRS and the process that Resoly would follow while completing my returns.

Very respectful . Give pertinent information in a clear and concise manner. I worked with Jessica Reyes and she sent all necessary information in a timely manner and always answered any questions or concerns I may have had. In summary, my tax debt was resolved which is something I couldn't accomplish by myself.

Gregorio was so very nice and very kind, and patient. When needing more paperwork from me he was very thorough explaining everything to me and once again very patient when needing my paperwork. When he would have to call me to remind me about my paperwork he never raised his voice he always remained calm and respectful. Gregorio really loves what he does it shows in his performance.
