Venessa was extremely helpful, very professional. In the world today where so many people are rude, she was a true breath of fresh air. She deserves a raise. Don't lose her!

I’ve been using this tool since they first launched . From wood to stone and now I’m into mirror etching . It’s been a great tool for its lightweight design as well as decent power and the charge holds long enough to achieve a lot of things. The only downside I find is not having a collet that excepts typical rotary sized shanks like for say a dremel . Anyways it’s a great overall tool .

Thank you for the awesome review and for supporting us since launch William! It's amazing to hear how versatile the Customizer has been for your projects, from wood all the way to mirror etching. We really appreciate the constructive note on collet sizing for standard rotary shanks, too—feedback like this is super valuable to our product team for future designs. Thanks again for being a longtime creator with Resparked! 🙌⚡️

I'm very impressed with my Resparked customizer engraving tools and stencils, since I broke my finger and knuckle I've been very restricted as to what I can do, Resparked has saved my sanity,so even if you are not very arty like me, Resparked customizer engraving pen can encourage you to be arty and can be operated with one hand and their stencils are a great help to improving your arty craft, my advice, just go for it, I'm pretty sure who ever you are you too will have fun like me, thanks heaps Resparked, Love it, and thanks to the people/person who invented Resparked, one very happy customer here, regards Kim Carter

Resparked was very helpful in getting a replacement engraver at a discounted price due to the battery suddenly no longer holding a charge. My son's engraver was out of warranty and the care team helped us get another engraver. We appreciate them standing behind their product to help us with this! My son is 14 and very excited to continue his projects!

Thank you for sharing this! Hearing how excited your son is to get back to his projects made our entire day. Standing by our community—even past the warranty window—is always a priority for us. Wishing your son endless fun and happy crafting with his new Customizer! 🙌

10/10 customer service experience. My device failed after about two months. I sent an email with a short video of the failure I was experiencing as well as my order info and there was no back and forth about it. Provide clear details and they will take care of you! It's a great product. Failure I was have was related to power control not an actual degrading of tool performance.

My Resparked customizer stopped working after 9 months from the purchase date. The company confirmed the purchase date and the defect, then approved the shipment of a replacement the same day. Awesome! Sam
