The training and information greatly exceeded my expectations. The information provides you everything you need to know to begin your career as a real estate investor. Our instructor for "Boots On The Ground", Greg, went above and beyond to not only teach the material, but to ensure the material was understood. The training is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in real estate investments, whether as a career or to just supplement their bottom line. I will definitely be attending another session in the very near future to ensure I didn't miss anything.

I think my teacher Craig was also I learned a lot of things that I did not know like how the most paid for item in the stores located in the middle of the store versus the Edge by the store LOL. It was a great experience I look forward to using the technique and all the things that I've learned towards my future endeavors in being a successful real estate investor. Thanks for everything

Boots on the Ground Training Our facilitator, Greg Murphy, did a wonderful job of sharing experiences as well as practical information and resources. We were able to move forward on practical steps and submitted an offer during the 3-day training. Can't too much more boots on the ground than that!

Boots on the Ground was Phenomenal! It answered all the questions needed in order to do successful Deals!!! Instructor Jason Ault was very informative and knowledgeable! It was Great!!!

It was very informative and fun. After this amazing training I know we will succeed!

We had a great experience for the three days we attended the boots training classes. Karen took us to Home Depot and taught us the correct way to purchase cabinetry, appliances, paint, light fixtures and carpeting for rental property. She also took us to check out two properties for possible rehabs. Afterwards , we were taught how to run the comps on different funding available. There was so much info and very overwhelming at this time but so necessary.

Adam is very helpful and I learned a lot. He spent extra time coaching and making sure we fully understood each subject prior to moving forward. Very valuable training. Highly recommended to anyone looking to be successfull in real estate investing.

I learned so much at the Diamond 360 Boots on the ground. Instructor was great, and I felt ready to get in the game of real estate investing. I followed his suggestions and began making strides the very next week. Then on Wednesday, I got a high-pressure sales call recommending additional training ... coaching that costs $30,000. Having just spent $40,000 I wanted to try what I learned and get some money back before spending more. But the Response employee Gordon White told me I’d learned NOTHING. Said I was over confident, and would never be successful in real estate without this additional training. He yelled at me and insulted me repeatedly. I left the call feeling lincredibly deflated. I don’t have $70k to spend, not even $40k, it’s borrowed which is their suggested plan. I will work the business with what I know and hope to come out on top. I felt on top of the world until the final sales push. Now I wish I’d never met these people. For $40k, you should get everything you need to know.
