A mixed bag
I find them a little erratic. Sometimes their service is good and at other times not so much. I stick with them as they have some products you can’t get elsewhere.

RH needs quality makeover.
I won't buy anything from this company again. The quality just isn't there. DON'T EVER BUY PAINT ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Just to open the paint, you have to view an online video. Their customer service is hauty, and and there is never any follow up on returns. Those big beautiful catalogs, are just showy temptations. The actual products are poor quality.

These people have tapped into a great idea. Excellent quality at this price range, great designs, and their service has been very good as well. There were damages to the one item that we had shipped but the company wasn't unreasonable about it, apologised and shipped a replacement. Can't ask much more than that.
