Resume PilotsReviews of resumepilots.com

Matt was excellent to work with. I had a huge resume over 4 pages long and he did the impossible: He got it down to two full pages. His efforts on both my resume and online professional profile really shined. I received several complements on my resume. I could not do this without his help.

Matt (managing partner for resume pilots) was great to work with. He was prompt, knows how to write, and helped brainstorm how to represent some of my experiences that were atypical. I would recommend his resume writing service for professionals.

Matt was very thorough and took my resume and really captured my experiences in a whole new way. Highly recommend working with this company!

I originally had hesitations re: experience in the marketing industry and the fact that all employees are contractors and not FTEs. I think I was right and made a mistake choosing resume pilots. The resume: it came out fine, but was highly focused on my previous positions and not on the newer role types I was looking for even after providing that feedback. Additionally I continually have issues with ATSs parsing the data correctly which is the most basic function I would expect. The writer did a decent job of synthesizing about 3 pages of notes into the resume. The cover letter: I've used it once. It's essentially just a narrative resume and completely didn't address my ask if talking about why I'm looking to shift industries even with copious notes provided on that topic and a specific request from me. Overall ChatGPT could write one just as easily. LinkedIn profile: by this point in the process I didn't provide much feedback. The LI profile update was just a regurgitation of my resume which I could have easily done myself. It didn't position my LinkedIn as an authority in any way or provide additional content recommendations. Pretty displeases with this services. Overall, if you need a general resume rewrite my writer was fine but there are significantly less expensive options that do just as good of a job.

I recently worked with Resume Pilots to give my resume an overhaul. My resume had stayed the same format for the last 15 years as I just tacked on new information every so often or as I changed companies. I am very pleased with the outcome of my resume. I'm not currently in the market looking for new opportunities, but if I were, I'd be confident the new resume would have me in a better position to land interviews. Matt and his team were great. They invested a lot of time understanding my background before going into the 1st draft. After the alotted iterations, I felt confident my story was told on the resume, and all of my feedback from the first drafts was captured in the final output.

My experience with Matt at Resume Pilots was awesome from beginning to end! He was professional and responsive and delivered a quality product tailored to my skills and experience and my target opportunities. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

My experience working with Resume Pilots was outstanding. The service was provided on agreed time and with expected quality. The process to build resume was carefully managed considering insights and goals in job search.

highly recommend it for anyone needing to upgrade an existing resume or needing a resume overhaul because they are switching industries or returning to the corporate world after owning a business
