Camille was attentive to my requests and how to position my work history to help showcase the timelines and connective tissue between roles. She helped me hone in on the right skills to highlight as I move from one industry to another.

I am not happy, honestly was expecting a better quality. At the end, it seems I was writing the resume. I thought you guys had a lot of experience writing pilot resumes.

Dear Justino, While we are disappointed to hear that you weren't pleased with our service, your review caught us by surprise, as you confirmed that you were happy with your documents via email after a few minor revisions. By nature, resume writing is a collaborative process, and we rely on clients to provide the information we need to prepare their documents: we wouldn't simply deliver templated content that would result in a generic pilot resume. I reviewed your document and stand behind its quality, but if there is anything else you need or if you would like to discuss your concerns in more detail, please contact me directly at [email protected]. Best, Matt

Good value for money. Only thing missing is partnering with an experienced translation service to provide docs also in other languages than English.
