I should have asked for a refund as soon as I heard the voice on the other end of the phone, the night I signed up. The person on the other end of the phone obviously used English as a 2nd language. However, I work with numerous people that also use English as a 2nd language, so decided to give it a try anyway. The resume that I received was TERRIBLE. At least, I thought so. Knowing that I had not updated my resume in quite some time, and the way that resume writing styles seem to change on a regular basis, I scanned through and gave a few updates and even talked to my writer, who seems to also use English as a 2nd language. After receiving the resume back, following my feedback, I made a few adjustments, and sent it back and said that I thought we would be good. In the meantime, I sent my resume to a colleague, who confirmed everything I had already thought. My resume was TERRIBLE. They quickly went through and updated my resume and it falls more in line with what I would have expected from this service. I am asking for a refund, and I don't want the cover letters that come with my package. I would probably have to completely rewrite it, anyway.

Writers and customer service team are prompt in response and understood my requirements. My writer Jasmine Stewart was amazing at her work and gave valuable suggestions to draft my resume according to my target jobs. I had another writer in the beginning. The only advice I have is that each client should be scrutinized when they enroll and provided a writer suitable to write for the appropriate field. Overall I had a great experience working with the professional team of RPW.

I needed to update my resume. My resume writing skills were dated. I did not know how to create a resume that made my skills shine and promoted me. I turned to Resume Professional Writers for help. I was NOT disappointed. I answered the questionnaire that was sent to me and when I returned it I sent along a copy of my existing resume. As promised, Resume Professional Writers was able to take the information I provided and turned it into a magnificent resume. I was also provided a great cover letter and thank you letter. The service was absolutely worth it. I would gladly recommend Resume Professional Writers to anyone looking for a great resume writing service.
