Reply from Resume Writing GroupSep 11, 2024
At Resume Writing Group we take a lot of pride in our customer service and punctuality, which is why we were surprised to read this customer's review. However, upon further review, we learned that according to our records, everything this customer said is inaccurate.
She was provided with a top-notch, ATS-compliant resume back in August. After receiving the resume, she requested one minor change, which we promptly made for her. After speaking with her several different times over the phone, Ryan (our client services manager) directed her to use her account on our website to reach out to her writer directly. This is to ensure all clients get prompt communication because Ryan is only one person and can't answer every question from every client.
One month after receiving her resume, the customer then proceeded to email Ryan again (on a Friday night 2 hours after the close of business), and when she didn't get a response from Ryan by Tuesday, rather than reaching out to her writer as she had been repeatedly told, she sent another email demanding a full refund or she was going to report us for fraud and leave negative reviews "everywhere" telling customers to stay away from our business.
Ryan let her know that we were more than happy to make changes to her resume if she needed them, but that she needed to reach out to her writer directly and that we wouldn't be able to continue working with her if she was going to repeatedly threaten us and demand refunds. She wasn't eligible for a refund because it has been less than 45 days since she received her resume.
Again, on multiple occasions, we offered to make changes to the resume if something wasn't working for her. Instead, she proceeded to leave this review. We have sent the customer another message and offered again to make changes to the resume if she wants to work with us.
