My writer was Jessica Philippon and she gave me a resume that I couldn't really find much to pick on. It summarized my strong points concisely and overall explained things better than I had before. Response time was prompt or reasonable.

Fast response, thorough observation of the client's wants and needs, exceptional thoughts and works going into the final product. My writer Ms. Marsha Hebert is excellent, patient and pleasure to work with. I love the results so much I ordered additional services. I did encountered with the dashboard being locked out for a few days but ResumeZest kept me in touch and even offered $100 worth of service discount. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a wonderful experience with ResumeZest. I was initially a little nervous about the price point for a mid-level Professional Resume package, but honestly, it is so worth it. My writer Jessica Philippon was fantastic! She was super easy to talk to and walked me through everything she planned to do with helpful explanations. It was fantastic to see my work history professionally formatted and presented in a way that made sense. I feel much more confident sending my cover letter and resume to employers in an industry I'm trying to break into. The whole process seemed very tailored to my needs, and not a one-size-fits-all. I would definitely recommend this service if you're on the fence.

Working with Jess was great. For only having an entry-level resume amount of history, she made my resume and cover letter look fabulous. When we had our consultation she was very professional and had my best interest to help make everything look good for my goal to be achieved. Speaking with her through the portal chat board was also very helpful. Jess always answered my questions in a timely manner, and we got my resume and cover letter finished pretty quickly which is very much appreciated.
