Horrible customer service,I was sent here by my case worker because I am handicapped.after making an appointment and waiting for hours, the owner told me I wouldn't be make it today.only because another customer with a BMW was more important who seemed like a family member or a regular at his shop.I Still can't believe this happened!#!@

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused you. This is not how we want any customer to feel, and we take concerns like this very seriously. Our intention is never to prioritize one customer over another, and we regret that this situation came across that way. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve, and we will be reviewing our scheduling process to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
