After writing about my experience with Revolution Mining,I was contacted by phone by one of the technicians. Diran was very proffesional and apologetic. He said he understood my frustration and gave me well deserved reasoning for the inconsistencies that had been occurring. I have since had 4/5 of my miners hashing away and I have noticed the difference in rewards and will patiently await the repair and online status of the S21. I will hopefully be working with RM for reliable hosting, maintainence and endeavors to come.

At the end of January 2025, I purchased 5 miners from Revolution, and uptime has been acceptable. However, communication hasn't been that good. Other than sending an email, there is no process I could find to open tickets, track problems, etc. I've sent several emails but haven't received any replies. But, any issues that I've had usually get resolved within 48 hours, so they must have some monitoring. While they are much better than the 3 other hosting sites I've used over the years, they can do better. Support is not free either, expect to pay $20 a month per miner.

I purchased a miner from Revolution and hosted it with them. Overall, it was a good experience, as my miner was received and has been functioning well in the few days it has been live. There are a few things that can be improved (which I have mentioned to support). There were a few instances where I reached out via the support form on the website, and did not get any reply from them, so it was unclear if they had received the messages. I included the same info in a text to them which was received and replied to promptly. I told them of my experience with the form, but they did not mention anything about getting those messages, so I am unsure if it is an ongoing issue. Every interaction I have had with them has been wonderful, they have been kind and knowledgeable in answering my many questions, both before my purchase and during the procurement process. I would use Revolution again for future hosting as they are knowledgeable, friendly, and very up-front about all of the hosting and miner costs.

First the Good - My miner is up and running as promised - Excellent customer service with questions promptly answered. - CEO has a verifiable presence on Linked In for added assurance to new customers - Fair pricing on equipment and hosting - You can pay with crypto The bad. -So far nothing apart from the fact that the miner I bought on July 21 with the online date of September can be purchased for 2k less in September for the same September online date. - The transaction meter does not update throughout the process. Gos from paid to delivered ignoring all the stated steps like shipped and in transit The Ugly After I paid for my miner, I was contacted 24 hours later with an additional $1400 fee sighting an increase in price by the supplier UPDATE 10/15/2024 My miner has been offline for the past 3 days since 10/12/2024. I used the contact form on the website and promptly got a response from sales who forwarded my plight to support and gave me their direct email. Since then I have contacted support and copied sales twice but no one has gotten back to me or even told me why my miner has been down for four days now. Mind you this is my first month. I hope things improve drastically because this is not cool.

My order was placed at the end of May with expected delivery in September, and was properly delivered on September 13th. Great communication, swift responses to my requests for clarification or updates and a very pleasant experience overall. Lena from customer service has been a star throughout the process! I am deducting a notch from my rating, since in 3 days i have experienced two shutdowns of the miners which have reduced the overall mining by 9,4% on September 16th (data of Sept. 16th -source f2pool concerning this single day). The percentage may seem low, but with the prices of the miners and the increasing hashrates is an important number. I would definitely recommend Revolution Mining and will continue doing business with them.

I liked the fact that someone answered my questions quickly. I just wished it was activated back in March like it was stated when I bought it.

Kinda early in the whole hosting process to provide feedback for the entire experience so this is limited to just the onboarding process. Miners took a while to come online after being ordered but that's probably normal. It was hard to get quotes because prices kept changing daily then suddenly they fall and stabilize *after* I ordered mine. Having an ETA (finer than which month) would be useful to have, at the least once the miners are in transit because there would an ETA for receiving them once they are shipped. Then that would give a rough indication as to when they would be online. Mine went from a status of in transit to being online from one day to the next it seemed but took 7weeks to come online from when I paid for them. A lot of network hash rate increasing took place in that time period. Mine came online at a bad time since power curtailments were frequent so they've been offline frequently. It's hard to monitor them but management is open to working with customers to make the process easier and accepting feedback. I'm also new to the entire process and they are open to accepting feedback from newbies like myself.

Pretty happy overall, downtime is longer than advertised though.
