Quick shipping, great price, and good communication via email. My only concern/hiccup was the inability to access my order history once I navigated away from the order confirmation page. The links to access the order history didn't work.

A little slow shipping but good product.

The boot-up time and self-check process are a bit slow, and the boot-up animation of the Earth 🌍 does look a bit cheap. But I have to say, it’s really functional. It’s more user-friendly and reliable than some of the well-known brands.

The Machine works very fast but jams easily especially small dollars mixed with quarters.

Ran into some issues at first order and unhappy. But, hats off to their awesome customer service team - they sent me a new one and totally turned things around.
