The Turmeric soap is a ripoff. What I got after almost a month was just like any bar soap with no indication that Turmeric was added to it at all. Sad that I paid $13 each for the soap. Also, don’t bother with the whipped Turmeric cream, it’s also a ripoff. Not sure where they got all their reviewers from raving about the products.

I’ve experienced the same issue as many others, having placed an order and not receiving it! Multiple attempts to communicate with their “customer service” went unanswered, so I too, filed a complaint with BBB, to no avail. Nearly one year later, still no product nor communication from these scammers. They’ll never get my money EVER again.

Been a year and no order and months of back and forth with trying to get a refund - still no refund. They take MONTHS to even respond to my inquiries and continuous ask for all the details of the order again and again. They even sent me another person's order info and details. Does anyone know who or how I can actually get some resolve from this company? Spent over $100 on my order.

The order was placed on 3/26/2026. The package was not received until 5/11/2026. Numerous times I reached out for a refund and prior to that I asked for shipping updates. Their phone number does not work and they do not respond to emails. I left several inquiries through their website and all you receive is an automated message saying we’ll get back to you. This will be my last time supporting this company. On top of that the product leaked through the wrap, through the packaging and all over my other mail in the mail box. Stained everything yellow.

This company is a scam, they never send out your order after they receive your money. Multiple attempts to contact them yet they don’t respond. I paid for my order in October 2025, we are in May 2026. No products received. They are not a serious company to deal with. Spread word if you reading, don’t be a victim.

If negative stars were an option, that would be my choice. I ordered an African net sponge Oct 5 2025, paid for shipping to Canada and as of today April 18 2026 still haven’t received my order. I messaged at least 4 times and most recently to support-which bounced back. Was really looking forward to this purchase and so disappointed with the lack of replies. Don’t bother ordering, as far as I can tell this company is a scam!
