I would highly recommend Rice Technical Recruitment, especially Sophie Fox, for her exceptional support throughout my recruitment journey. Sophie guided me professionally through every stage of the process and played a key role in helping me secure a great career opportunity. What stood out most was her genuine commitment to understanding my circumstances, including the challenges of commuting and starting a new role. She took the time to provide practical advice and support beyond the recruitment process itself. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am extremely grateful for all her help and would not hesitate to recommend Rice Technical Recruitment to anyone looking for their next career opportunity.

Ben Herridge is easily the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with, and he showed me just how much of an asset a great recruiter can be to a candidate. From the start, he made sure I fully understood the company, their work, team, culture, and product so I always knew what I was walking into. He kept me consistently updated after every round, gave me thorough, specific guidance on how to prepare and what to expect at each stage, and was genuinely available and responsive throughout the entire process. When it came to the offer, he got me the exact salary I was looking for with no haggling or hassle, and advocated for me every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Ben and Rise Technical more highly. If you’re a candidate, this is exactly who you want in your corner.

George Halfacre has made my whole experience with Rise, a real pleasure and has been extremely professional, from the first phone call and throughout. Fully committed to seeing through the task to the very end and always been able to support my application. He has been a great negotiator between me and the company I have applied to work for. An incredible ambassador for his company and an asset, that should not be overlooked or taken for granted. Thanks to George, I have a new job! Thanks to George!
