I didn't like how all the pieces arrived on different days. When assembling not all the holes matched up so I had to drill my own. I like how all the nuts and bolts are labeled with the steps. I wouldn't say this is heavy duty or professional grade but it's good enough. It's smooth and quiet and feels solid. I'm going to try it out today.

Ordered the Gazelle Pro on Thursday, it was delivered on Monday so quick shipping. I'm not done putting it together yet but so far it is going smooth. Instructions are easy enough to follow and the part cards keep everything organized and eliminates guess work.

I really wanted to love this company and what they were about but what I found out is they’re hap has hazardly ran unorganized and the shipping company that does blind drop shipping and has no clue where any product is I have called. I have emailed. I’ve open tickets. I’ve been told I’d be contacted back. I spent money and no clue where the product is. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing with this company how people received machines I’ll never know. I’m guessing they gave them away to get good reviews. Beware the shipping company is telling me it could take up to 45 days for them to locate and get me my product rit fit doesn’t seem to care nor no know. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t respond the tickets and they don’t actually call you back when they say they will luckily for me it saved me $80,000 worth of equipment buying from them, but if you have a home gym I would walk away and go on Amazon and order another company.

M1 Pro with weight stack and Gazelle Leg Press/Hack Squat both fit nicely in my two car garage. Both are very well engineered for functionality and look inspiring. Assembly was actually fun and easy with the best instructions I've ever seen. All of the parts and hardware have a beautiful, new finish and fit together perfectly. The cable system is very smooth and pulleys adjust anywhere from bottom to top. The Gazelle is excellent! Combining weights with power bands is a brilliant option. You can go from super light to super heavy so everybody in the family can use it! It slides very smoothly and is very solid. No need to compare to other similar products as these give me more than enough workout options to last a lifetime. I am completely satisfied. Only one modification I did myself (easy)on the smith bar is replaced two bolts with 2" longer length to hang the smith bar higher overhead. Otherwise you will be bumping your head if you’re 5'10".

The overall experience with RITFIT has been excellent. I purchased a leg extension/Leg Curl machine several months ago. I had a great experience when purchasing that, so when I decided I was going to purchase a squat and leg press machine, I went straight to RITFIT. The equipment shipped very fast. There are four boxes for the squat/press machine, so the first delivery had two boxes and the second delivery included the second two boxes. I was a little confused when the first two showed up and I knew I was missing something. I emailed customer support and received a response within hours. When assembling either of the pieces I purchased I found it to be incredibly simple. It took me less than three hours to assemble the squat/leg press machine, which is a large piece of equipment. The details in the instructions were great and there is even a video for those who prefer videos. Oddly enough, my favorite part was the way the bolt/washer/nuts were packaged. Each step in the process was numbered and when you look at the bolt/washer/nut package the exact number of bolts, washers and nuts were packaged together. What a smart idea and definitely customer friendly. My experience has been excellent and the next time I need to purchase equipment, I am going straight to RITFIT again. Great job!

I purchased the new RitFit Gorilla chest/shoulder press machine. It arrived yesterday. I am in my 4th week of recovery from tricep tendon reattachment surgery, so I supervised my two 12 year old grandsons assembling it. It went together easily, great fit and finish, and very sturdy. I am a long term weight lifter. Using one arm, it handled 3 plates easily on both the bench and shoulder presses. I am looking forward to seeing what it will do when I am fully recovered and can use both arms. For a compact machine, it's very comfortable for my 6' height and 280 plus pound weight.
