What an absolute terrible experience. I ordered a machine from them and one of the packages got lost in transit. Good luck if this happens to you 10 emails and six phone calls later still hadn’t received it.

We were pleasantly surprised with this whole experience! Easy shopping experience, very fast shipping considering all the different boxes and the size of some of them! My husband put this together in a few hours with my help here and there. The quality is solid. We can do so many things on this rig we don’t even care to go to the small gym in town any more! Can’t wait to add more ritfit pieces to the home gym!

Fast delivery, great quality handles! The swivel on the narrow bar really helps the wrists, the dual grip handle is heavy and solid! My one complaint is on my first use of the narrow bar, some nickel plating splintered off into my finger as I was putting it away.

Service was great, everything I needed arrived nothing was broke or scratched. Only downfall during shipping one of the main pieces came about 5 days later which held up getting it put together faster but that's not the end of the world.
