You can also explore sourcing, testing, and packaging details (including Certificates of Traceability for each product) on our Made Traceable® page: https://ritual.com/pages/our-standards On not noticing a difference: supporting bone, heart, and brain health is what’s important for the long term. While many people do feel a difference, some don’t, and that’s okay. It’s what’s happening inside that counts. Water-soluble nutrients (like Magnesium, Folate, B12, and Boron) get to work to help support your cells and blood, while fat-soluble nutrients (like Omega-3 DHA and vitamins D3, K2, and E) may take longer. Overall, it can take 3–4 months for your body to reach a new equilibrium. On the “fishy burps”: while our Omega-3 is vegan (from algal oil) and our capsules are designed with a delayed-release to help minimize aftertaste, sensitivities can vary person to person, and that’s definitely not the daily experience we want for you.
