We had an issue with the color quality on several photo plaques we ordered. Gretchen and the team worked to solve the issue and sent replacement plaques just in time for our big event. We knew Rivanna products were top-quality from our experience last year, and now we can definitely say their customer service is excellent too!

This was my first time using the company. Once initial contact was made, everything went smoothly and I really liked the on-line review of artwork capability. Also, company was very accommodating of extra steps it takes to coordinate and receive payment from a government office.

First of all, the award was stunning (and more substantial than I had imagined). Everyone at Rivanna was so helpful and quick to respond. And, being an environmental educator, it is important to me that my purchases be ecologically sensitive. Thank you!

Hi Julie! Thanks so much for your order. We are so glad that you are pleased with our Arbor Award. Yes, it's a small award but that solid cherry does give it a certain "heft"! Thank you for the good work you do. It benefits us all! Take care and be sure to let us know if we can help you with anything else.
