Good product, timely and fast shipping.

Well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. Also, the product was worth every penny.

The website shows the product is compatible to my old model, but when I received the product I found the dimension of the drain opening was bigger than mine. I showed the pictures to the customer service but I was told to return the product and had to my the returning shipping in order to get my purchasing price refind minus the original shipping.

Well, it's been 10 days since my order was confirmed and I'm still wondering if my order will actually ship.
