Kevin,
We have discontinued our services to you since you sent an innappropriate email to our staff, I quote your words: "kill yourselves".
This is not acceptable and we do not tolerate such abuse to our staff. You have everything you need to continue filing your accounts and can close them by contacting each state department.
You have issued us with the label of being a "scam" even though we are not associated in the setting up, buying or selling of your store/business which seems to unfortunately have not worked out for you. We have completed and fulfilled a legitimate and seperate service, which you paid for and signed up to willingly. We continue to service thousands of happy clients. We are simply not a scam whatsoever, and we are sorry you have misinterpreted us as so.
You have been with us for sales tax filing and you understand that it is required even if no sales are made - we make you aware of this in the very first documents we send. This is not fiction, this is a legal requirement to keep sales tax accounts open and in good standing order, and avoids the states charging you fines and penalties. We charge for this service a very competative (if not the best) price. $150 for filing over 10 states every month is $15 per month per state.
We have sent reminders via email to you about the need for sales tax filing at the beginning of the process on 08/13/2021 and then again on 12/09/2021 when your accounts were live. This is the part where we explain to you that if you don't file, you will be charged fines from the states.
As you know our sales tax service is not a contract and you can cancel at any time. When you did cancel our sales tax filing services, (and subsequently later signed back up again) we sent reminders of your sales tax filing obligations with the option to also close these accounts (should you no longer require them) and the cost of such and included the option to file yourself with log-in details for state's sales tax website portals.
In 2021 when accounts were opened we sent emails each month to remind you of the filing requirements, and further details included, until you had signed up to our services (not under obligation, as we notify you that filing is required to be completed, not that you must sign up with us)
Further to that:
An email was sent on Fri, 1 Apr 2022 when you cancelled our services with details on what was required.
We contacted you via email on Fri, 9 Sept 2022 after you cancelled from 28 Aug 2022.
After cancelling your subscription in 27/01/2023 we emailed you 02/23/23 when the payment failed to process the following month to remind you and warn you of filing requirements. You did not sign back up since, resulting in a backlog of sales tax filing, resulting in an invoice being required.
We emailed again on 04/13/2023 once again.
We offered a discount within this time as a gesture of goodwill also on 04/25/2023.
Again, the above is in response to your comment that we don't communicate with you. This is untrue.
Sales tax filing is required from the moment sales tax accounts are live, and often they don't require sales to be inputted if the payment and remitting of the sales tax is fulfilled via the marketplace. They require you to file zero sales in order to keep the account open, to keep the sales tax permit and resale certificate in operation with the marketplace, to validate your sales tax exemption on purchases. Some other states do require sales to be inputted and we fulfill each states requirements.
We have more information on our website and do not hide any of this information:

We would encourage all future potential clients to read our other 270+ 5* reviews where clients are not only thankful for but are also openly recommending our services. We have further information on our website and will communicate openly, honestly and with integrity when dealing with our clients.
Regards,
RJM Management Team
