Bridget was an amazing help, and instrumental in ensuring I met my client deadline. As this was my first experience with the application RL was assisting me in, she made the learning process as positive as possible and went above and beyond. I look forward to bringing all future beverage product needs to Bridget and her team.

Everything was great, right up until we were told there was an added fee at the end for a high resolution image of the nutrition label we had ordered. Considering this file is the whole purpose of the testing having a surprise fee at the end to receive it is an unnecessary and low cash grab. We most likely will be seeking a different lab in the future.

Thank you for your review and feedback Andrew. The vector files are rarely requested and take us an extra step to create them - thus the charge. as a result of your feedback, I will be increasing the prominence of this point in our labeling page where I see it is embedded in the final step of the process graphic. I hope you will come back to us for additional support of your projects!
