I have purchased 3 scooters from this shop and will likely purchase more. This new RoadRunner branded scooter the RS5 is LEGIT!! These guys are cool and down to earth. They are a good size company but the owner makes a point to be involved always it seems. I would give more stars if they were available!

Horrible customer service. You buy an item and they never tell you that they discontinued that item therefore getting parts is impossible even though you spent $4000 to purchase the item
