Rocket Industrial provided quick account set up and shipment of product that we needed. The ease of doing business was appreciated.

Order placement was fine, but upon receipt 2 rolls had bent cores. Not sure if we can use or not.

I placed an order, and I was notified by the sales person, Josh Struck, that the order was going to be late. So, since I was not going to get it on time, I cancelled it before it was shipped, with plenty of time by an email to Josh. My email was not acknowledged byJosh Struck and instead the order was shipped. I called Rocket again to tell them to stop delivery, since the order had been cancelled. I talked with a person who told me that since the order had yet not been delivered, they could stop deliver, and that she would call me back to confirm. Nobody called me back and the shipment was delivered in spite of my cancellation. Needless to say, I will nor order again from Rocket Industrial.
