Best customer service and selection of anywhere I looked... We spent a couple hours picking out a diamond. Turns out that someone else picked out the exact diamond that I did and had purchased it a few moments before I did... Rockher replaced my diamond with a higher quality one at no extra charge. WAY better (and less pricey) than buying in a store..

I looked over many sites and places to find the perfect ring. Rockher had the best options for ring settings and diamonds within my budget. I got an email saying they shipped it out and the next morning I got a knock at the door. Which was good because my love was still asleep. I cannot wait to give this ring to my best friend! I can't thank rockher enough for making this whole process fast and easy.

I'm am writing this review and I have yet to see the ring I ordered; the ring is scheduled to arrive in a couple of days. OK, to start, this company is amazing! They communicate effectively and quick. They show genuine care for their customers. When I placed my order I had some technical issues that caused the order to differ from my expectations and original selection. However, I emailed them and within less than an hour, I received communication from the team assuring me that they will look into the matter. They confirmed the issues, they fixed the problem, and they offered a resolution in a timely manner that is unprecedented with online businesses. They truly have gone above and beyond and they have impressed me more than any other company I have dealt with online. Oh yeah, don't forget, I have not even seen the engagement ring yet, but worse case scenario, if I don't like it or it does not meet my expectations, I will just utilize the return guarantee but you better believe I will just end up returning to their site and start over. They have earned my loyalty and trust! I can't wait to see the diamond ring and I am looking forward to ordering more jewelry for my lovely lady in the near future. Also, out of curiosity I took the ring to a few local jewelers and asked them for cash offers. All of them offered me more than I paid for the ring. Think about that, a cash offer, meaning, they will buy from me and turn around and sell it for double what they offered me. On average, I was offered 1.5 X what I paid for the ring. Ring is not as pretty as picture and a bit deceiving. I am totally NOT HAPPY WITH THE COLOR OF THE SAPPHIRES. I bought it to wear with my diamond, sapphire wedding band and the sapphires are different colors.

Additionally, we are customer service and jewelry professionals, had we known we were matching an existing band, that we did not make for you, we would have likely had you send in the band, this is not something that can be done otherwise. None of this was mentioned during the purchase process. You may not be aware but Sapphires come in a wide range of colors, at Rockher.com we are one of the only retailer that actually give its clients actual Pantone Colors of the Sapphire Ranges we carry. We also take requests for specific sapphire colors. Usually when someone is looking for specific sapphire colors we will send out sample images or even send out the sapphires themselves for approval prior to making the ring.
