Can't really give a rating now. The company is barely starting first phase of the project.

I went on to roofingcalculator.com to see what information I could learn about choosing a roofing contractor. I found good info to ask prospective contractors and also found the measurements of my roof. The only downside was being contacted within seconds by roofing contractors by phone! I explained I wasn't ready to call anyone just yet but i wasn't happy to have unsolicited contractors call ing me. Maybe I missed something in the site what said they would call but I was surprised. Luckily only three called.

It’s not every day I replace my roof, so the roofing calculator provided me with information about what to expect when receiving quotes.

Easy form to complete and receive general estimate for our area. I was only contacted by one local company with an automated text and three days later haven’t heard from them about scheduling.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear the form was easy to complete and that the estimate provided a helpful starting point. However, we're sorry to hear that your follow-up experience with the local contractor was less responsive than expected. Give the user more time to access the accuracy of the costs given before asking to rate it.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate it. We're glad the cost estimate was useful, and we understand your point about needing more time to evaluate its accuracy before being prompted to leave a review. That’s a very helpful suggestion.
