Awesome coop
Awesome coop! Construction went well. The roosting bars were cut a bit short and they responded immediately with a new set. Very good customer service. This coop should last many years.

Easy peasy.…
We had a great experience in working with the Roost & Root team. The coop came nicely packaged in two boxes and they provided clear instructions on how to assemble. Everything fit together perfectly.

Glad you're happy with your Starter Coop, Chris. It's always rewarding to get compliments on the instructions! There is a great deal of work that goes into the instructions for each one of our models. Enjoy chicken keeping and reach out anytime!

First, thank you for purchasing one of our Stater Coops. We are grateful for your business. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Any time we see a review like this it stings. I promise if we had heard from you about the issues we would have made an attempt to resolve them. We understand the expectations that come along with purchasing our products and our customer service department is committed to fixing issues of this nature on our end. Would it be possible to send some pictures or get some more details on what the problems were? Anything you could show, or tell us would help. You can reach me personally at [email protected]. Thank you for choosing us. I hope we can figure out a way to make you happier with your coop.

High quality and attractive coop!
This coop is of a much higher quality than previous kit coops we've seen or bought. Our chickens are really enjoying it. It's attractive, strong, durable, and relatively easy to put together. My only recommendation for improvement is to try to reduce small openings around the smaller doors and around the water tube. We live in an area with heavy rat pressure, so even smaller openings are a problem for us - we had to add wood to trim the doors inside to eliminate the gaps.

Would you be able to send picture of the gaps and trim you had to install to eliminate? We can accept pictures at [email protected]. Thank you for the review and we look forward to continue talk.
