However, if the charging connection remains unstable, please stop using the charger. Dear Latoya, We are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by this experience. After reviewing your feedback, we agree that the way our message was communicated was inappropriate and could reasonably have made you feel that a replacement was conditional on leaving a positive review. That is not our policy, and customers should never be asked to provide a positive review in exchange for warranty support, a replacement, or any other resolution. We also apologize that you spent nearly a week providing information, only to receive an unclear and unsatisfactory response regarding your phone’s battery capacity and product compatibility. If the product was advertised as compatible with your phone model and is still within the warranty period, your concern should have been handled more clearly and fairly. We would like to resolve this properly. A replacement or refund will not depend on any review being posted, changed, or removed.
