Hello Marlene, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the additional charges, and we completely understand how concerning that must feel. Please allow us to clarify. The $29 charge typically reflects the monthly membership fee that is agreed to at checkout when you place your order. This program provides exclusive discounts such as 10% additional discount, special pricing, and free shipping. The $3 charge is generally associated with a trial or add-on service linked to that membership enrollment. Both charges are outlined during the checkout process before the order is finalized. That said, we never want any of our customers to feel misled or unsure about a charge. If the membership was added unintentionally, please reach out to us directly with your order details so we can review your account, provide a detailed breakdown of the charges, and assist you accordingly — including canceling the membership to prevent any future billing. We take concerns like this very seriously, and fraudulent practices are absolutely not something we engage in. Our goal is always to be transparent and provide value to our customers. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and resolve this for you.

Hello Demaris, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused you, especially given how important Valentine’s Day is. We truly understand how meaningful it was for your wife to receive her flowers on time. Upon reviewing your order, we see that the free standard shipping option was selected at checkout. This shipping method typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery and may take up to 7 business days depending on the destination and courier handling times. For Valentine’s Day, we also offer multiple shipping options, including free standard shipping and expedited shipping, which is specifically designed for faster delivery during peak periods. Delivery timelines can vary based on the option selected. That said, we completely understand how disappointing delays can be, especially during special occasions. We truly regret that your order did not arrive within your expected timeframe and that this led you to seek an alternative. If you would be open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to review your order further and see how we can assist. Please feel free to contact our support team directly with your order number so we can personally look into this matter. We value your feedback and remain committed to improving our service and communication moving forward. Best, Rose Forever Team

Kindly send us your order number so we can investigate what happened and discuss appropriate compensation for the inconvenience you experienced.
