Jane was amazing. I called for an issue and not only did she help rectify it .... she gave me next steps of what to expect, went through my account to make sure I was up to date, and clarified that I had a full understanding of next steps. Thorough and when we ended the call I had no lingering thoughts or questions. True asset to your company.

Jane was extremely helpful and it is refreshing to deal with some company that isn’t trying to sell me something every time I call for help. Her last mortgage company was so bad about that.

Jane was very helpful and understanding in my needs.

This company force places unnecessary insurance on seniors. Then refuses to refund thousands of funds stolen from the customers escrow accounts. I would highly caution against doing business with this company. I referred my case to the Better Business Bureau. Roundpoint Mortgage stalled an entire year by emailing me, stating that they were “looking into a solution”. No solution was ever offered and $2200 was never returned. (I would be interested in being party to a class action legal suit against this institution should the opportunity arise.)

Crystal is an amazing customer service representative. I value her professionalism, kindness, sense of urgency, and above all her thoroughness. She explained everything and I wish every representative was like her.

I have had the worst time since my mortgage servicing was transferred to Roundpoint. I call their "customer service" number but no option to speak with a live person. I pay my mortgage payment each month on time, yet the website says some of my mortgage payments were 60 days and 29 days late. My March payment was taken out of my bank account on March 3rd, but the website says it was applied on March 13, and list three payments being applied on the same day. But I cannot speak to anyone about the terrible record keeping at Roundpoint because I cannot get a live person on the phone.
