Too many issues . change of time - we have to drag the time , unassigned trips - it will not update driver's trip accordingly. Route Genie's Maps is horrible.

Hello Maria, Based on our experience, a lot of issues stem from the settings and having them properly set for your preferences. As far as integrations go, a lot of clients prefer different ways of downloading, and sometimes the issues have to be addressed in order to change those settings based on your business logic and operations. We have live communication with the driver app, so any changes will automatically be pushed through to the driver application. The most important thing is to keep the Driver App up to date. The Driver App has an integrated Navigation System that is free of charge, and we suggest keeping it turned on in case you lose internet connection and your navigation systems, such as Google, Waze, etc., are not working while offline. You always have the option to turn it off and leave only your internal preferred GPS on, though. We will address your concerns with the implementation manager to properly set up the settings. Please, also don't forget you have 24/7 Critical Technical Support that can resolve your issues or help you change the settings to the way you like it - 877 599 6560.
