This means so much to us. While we always aim for every piece to arrive exactly as expected, we believe the true measure of a brand is how it supports customers when something needs attention. We’re so glad our team could be there throughout the process and make sure you felt informed and taken care of. It’s wonderful to hear that you’re loving the color, fabric, and final result of your loveseat. Thank you for allowing us to make things right and for trusting Rove Lab!

Hi Clément, that firmness is by design! SmartFoam is engineered to hold its shape at the edges and corners for that clean, structured look, so it starts out on the firmer side. It does soften and break in with regular use over the coming weeks. If it's still not right for you, you're covered by our 100-day return window, and you can always reach out at [email protected]

Hi Don, thanks for the honest feedback. The wrinkles you're seeing are actually a normal part of the process, our sectional is compressed under a 1000 tonne press after all, and that compression is what causes the wrinkling you noticed. It naturally relaxes and smooths out over time as the fabric settles back into shape. If you want it gone right away, a handheld steamer works well to release the wrinkles instantly. As for the material feel, that texture is part of our solar weave outdoor fabric, built for durability and weather resistance, so it's a bit different from indoor upholstery by design. If it still isn't the right fit for you, you're well within our 100 day return window. Happy to help with anything else in the meantime.
