Rover North are great people. I interrupted my on-line purchase and telephoned for further information. The man I spoke to was so helpful, informative and friendly (we drive similar Defenders) he put my order in himself. The unit arrived (cross border) within four days.

I called several times for tech support …
I called several times for tech support before ordering and was very satisfied. Any parts I subsequently ordered fit great and arrived well packed and with a return form in case the part didn't fit. I'm very satisfied.
