Dear Christian, We sincerely regret to hear about your dissatisfaction and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We understand your perspective on the use of AI in art creation. To clarify, our approach blends AI technology with the skilled touch of our artists, focusing AI use mainly on costume elements, as transparently displayed on our site. The core artistic work, including montage and detailed touch-ups, is entirely the handiwork of our talented artists. This hybrid method allows us to offer a diverse range of designs while upholding artistic integrity. We noticed you did not respond to our recent offer, where we extended the opportunity to redo your order with entirely non-AI involved artwork, at no additional cost. This gesture was our way of aligning with your preferences for purely artist-created work and ensuring your satisfaction with our service. We would love the chance to rectify this situation and invite you to revisit our previous communication. Our team is ready to provide you with a handcrafted artwork that meets your expectations for authentic artistry. Thank you again for your feedback. It’s crucial for us in striving to improve our services and better meet the needs of our customers. We hope to hear back from you and resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Warm regards, Royalize Customer Service Team
