The customer service agent (Elisabeth Reynolds) was extremally courteous and helpful. I received my order in a timely manor and the product was exactly as advertised. My only complaint is that I was unable to reorder the same product.

There were some delays in fulfilling the order (due to availability of product) but RS Hughes team was very responsive and quick to address all inquiries. Easy to work with them and recommended.

Because you won't ship via USPS I had to pay more than double the cost of the material in extra courier fees that are not charged by USPS.
