This game is horrible! No free spins at all! After spending 40.00 I recommend nobody to invest in this game! It’s a rip off! I’m never playing this game again!

I find it very odd that as soon as I purchased a package and won, my account was suddenly flagged for "suspicious activity." I provided every document they requested, completed the verification process, and was even approved to proceed with my withdrawal. Then, without any explanation, my withdrawal was reversed, the funds were returned to my Ruby Chips account, and shortly afterward my account was closed. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If a customer follows all of the verification requirements and is approved for a withdrawal, there should be transparency and consistency in how their account is handled. Closing my account after I won, despite verifying my identity, raises serious concerns. I would not recommend Ruby Chips based on my experience. My Ticket ID: Q7PGS3
