I used the chat service to ask for a coupon code...although one did not apply I was impressed by the customer service Rug Studio offered and the fact that they offered me another option to purchase my rug. I will be ordering today!

Katie provided a coupon for our order. She also explained that the rugs would be out of stock until Septemper and that we won't be charged on our credit card until the rugs are prepared to be shipped. Thanks!

I ordered several samples to decide on a rug; Katie was excellent helping me navigate returns, order additional samples, get those returned, and place my final order. Extremely helpful and great customer service; very responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very much appreciated- I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
