Great product and good service. Definitively recommend!

The door is great everything works perfect and love the features! I am writing this review to explain some changes I would make however I knew waterproofing was going to be a concern with this style door. Three things I would change to make it the best on the market would be, make the solar panel be able to unplug from the board (which you would be able to sell solar upgrade kits if you did btw) and that Installing this door compromised the level of waterproofing my coop had. There is no real way to stop water intrusion fully as the door slides upwards. A fix would be offering a model that opened to the side and instead of having holes all the way through the door maybe make the door have a spot welded on track for the holes. These changes would allow you to one install flashing above the door (or just caulk) and it would seal the holes in the door. for the price I don’t see why these issues couldn’t be addressed. If you were to make these changes you really would have the best coop door on the market and I would gladly purchase the upgraded model.

I like it in a whole, but wish it had the option to remotely open and close without having to program.

Excellent product! Matches everything I'd read from online descriptions and reviews!

Game Changer We have been using the door for a few weeks now and I love it. It took us some time to figure out what times would work with the chickens, but we hav exit down now. It has made things so much easier for us.

Door is great! Easy to install and simple to use. The App makes programming open/close times easy. Looks great too!

I have to say I was expecting a better product based on the price and reviews. My 2 biggest issues with the door are… 1. The app is useless. I chose this door in part because I expected the app to allow me to have more control of the door from a distance. It does not. It simply links you to a website that allows you to set the program options, which is so rudimentary that I honestly have no idea if and when it actually changed the settings for me. 2. The solar panel does not detach, nor does it have a very long cord, which means if your door is in a covered run and you want to put the solar panel outside the run so it actually gets some sun, you have to find a way to thread the panel though the fencing to get it out, which doesn’t work when you have a 1/4” wire run. Also, they advertise all over about this being “USA’s best chicken door.” It shipped from Slovenia. All this to say, I don’t actually think this brand is worth the money.

Great product. Quick ship to the US.
