Then, after a lot of customer feedback, we created the Model T40—a number-one seller on Amazon and RUN-CHICKEN’s website. This drove us to produce an even better product. With the help of our customers’ feedback and valuable information, we now present the new and improved Model T50. I love this door, but….
I love this door, but it broke after one year. The little spring in the battery compartment broke, and the door didn’t open and close reliably. The birds were stuck inside a few mornings before I realized I needed to order another one. Yes, I ordered another one. It’s great if it doesn’t break!

Product quality is excellent
Product was received in an extremely short period of time. Product is simple but yet sophisticated. I absolutely love it and my girls do too. Now, I do not have to go out every morning to feed them nor to collect he feeder every night.

Great customer service. Excellent product. The doors works like a charm. I only wish was that I would have gotten my VA Discount. Something happened during ordering. However we had a little problem getting it programmed and the customer service went above and beyond to resolve it! Thank You! Great product highly recommended.

Got this door with hopes that it would…
Got this door with hopes that it would last longer than other doors. Sadly that’s not the case. It just died and won’t charge

I Now Have Two of your Doors
I now have two of these doors and have never had a failure or problem. Reliability is super important and your doors are reliable and easy to i stall and set up.

You guys used FedEx instead of DHL
You guys used FedEx instead of DHL. The first door I ordered had a dent on the door from DHL. So this time everything was good.

Easy Liberty
The door was very simple to install and works perfectly. It is a huge labor savings as I no longer need to be home at dusk and dawn! Additionally, I was excited to see that it is manufactured in Slovenia. Slovenia is one of the most beautiful places that I have visited. In fact I bought a home there near Most na Soci.
