Was really hoping to resolve this in a friendly manner as they took advantage of an 87 year old that knows nothing about computers. Sold her on $500 worth of services that were just purchased through Best Buy within the last four months. Shame on you all.. Too bad looks like a decent company that normally makes good business decisions.

Wow big job run the computer program systems restore!!! The big guy who was supposed to get printer all he could tell me the ink was low!! all this for $899.00 did I get ripped off!
