I haven’t gotten my part yet and nothing even telling me it has shipped yet

Hello Johnny, We are sorry you have not received an update from us about your part. Usually we send out a confirmation email after the purchase is made and then again once the item ships. We ask that you please allow the 3-5 week lead time for this special order to ship as indicated on our website for this specific part. You should have seen this is the availability when checking out and also had a fixed shipping price. If you would like an update on the status of your order, please contact us at [email protected] for more information. Thank you, ~RVCarefree Team

Taylor was very helpful. He helped identify my particular awning and even provided me with an owners manual. He is currently attempting to identify my idler housing plastic covers. Parts have been received timely and appear to be correct (just received and haven’t attempted to install).
