Ordered Coleman Mach 3 air conditioner online - easy, good price and no surprises. Shipped FedEx the same day as order date. Received unit 2 business days later in excellent condition. Installed unit but haven't powered up yet as waiting to install replacement 30amp power receptacle on horse trailer today. Online shopping was easy - I was able to locate the upper air condition unit only as I'm re-using the existing mounting bracket, heater and inside ceiling assembly. As a note, the other online sites I looked at pushed buying the upper a/c unit plus the interior ceiling assembly making it difficult to find just the upper a/c unit I needed. Update 6/13: Installed the replacement 30 amp power receptacle 5 days ago and turned on the the new Coleman a/c unit. It has been running perfectly since then. The wall thermostat's set to 77 degrees - blowing cold air and removing all the FL humidity again.

Quick service. The only part I don't like is that you can't actually get anyone on the phone if you have questions. I did send a message and received a response rather quickly.

So far so good package arrived quicker than expected at this point all I have done is open the box. One thing is I thought the cover meant it didn’t come with one paid the extra and it’s a vinyl cover that goes over the entire air conditioner wouldn’t have spent that extra if it had been more clear.
