$16 to ship a 1/4 oz piece of rubber…
$16 to ship a 1/4 oz piece of rubber that costs $18, it’s 11 days since shipping and I still haven’t received it. I’m going to call to cancel, got it some place else.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are not at all related to value of the item. A $200 item of the same size/weight/destination would cost the same. The item shipped the day following your order, sorry that it took USPS so much time to deliver it.

I needed a part and they shipped to me…
I needed a part and they shipped to me within 4 days. I did not to drive across town and waste my time having fun in my RV

Service was super and response time was as well. Sad part is that the manufacturer wasn't as clear about what part could do for the buyer, which was nothing.
