Got what I expected and part worked well

Did not have to wait very long for it to be shipped. When it went into the warehouse for shipping I got a number to check on it. Well it never left the building till after I received it. So the system or someone running the system was late. Everything else was great.

The item I purchased was on backorder. I requested a refund after 3 weeks. I was given the run around and still haven't gotten a refund. Terrible way to do business.

We were able to find what we needed without difficulty and was delivered in a timely manner. One suggestion - better tracking would be helpful.

The folks were terrific and very helpful. Unfortunately, the plastic container with a gallon of roof paint arrived, twice, opened and spilled.

Order came as described worked as it should. Delivery was fast. Would order from them again.
