We do apologize for the headache here. Sometimes there is a lag in communication from the manufacturer to the distributor and then to us, the retailer, when parts are discontinued. We do apologize for the trouble, we did issue you a full refund, of course as we were at fault. We do review all our inventory on a regularly basis to check for these issue. We know we fell short on service here, but we hope we can do better next time.

We know we missed the mark here and that is not how we typically do our business but sometimes human error does occur! We sent the additional 3 as soon as we were informed of the error but we do apologize for the long wait in getting these parts to you.
