Failed collection, excellent customer service
I’m honestly so surprised I had trouble getting a sample! Obviously drawing from veins is different, but I’ve never had a problem with blood collection! Anyway, after a failed first attempt, Dave and Nico quickly resolved the issue and are sending me a new kit. Looking forward to trying again.
