During this specific experience, Tiffany answered my question quickly and thoroughly. I love this product for a few reasons. Primarily because I have trouble getting routine bloodwork because I pass out due to a phobia. This has allowed me to track my bloodwork routinely and is not impacted by my phobia. I also love the quick and easy access to customer service through text message. I did not get blood work since I was a young kid and now I have been able to do it four times over the past eight or nine months so it has been a game changer for me.

I had my monthly kit shipped to the wrong address. Completely my fault. When they reached out to prompt me to do my test I informed them I didn't have my kit because I sent it to the wrong address. Without asking they sent a replacement kit at no charge.
