My first experience with a collection went so well that I didn’t prepare the same way when it came time for the next month. I had some trouble, but Nico and Fiona were so helpful getting me information tips for the replacement test they sent out. I am more impressed with customer service when something doesn’t go right, and both of these employees were prompt with communication and immediately came up with a solution for the problem.

I started using rythm when I got pregnant to monitor my thyroid levels. Since they also tested estrogen and progesterone I could see that my levels were not rising appropriately. I knew from the beginning of the pregnancy that it was not viable, as difficult as it was to know I was likely going to miscarry, it wasn’t a surprise when I did. I was able to be prepared mentally when it happened and I am grateful this service exists. I like being able to test when I want to without having to convince a doctor that it’s necessary.
