Hi there C.T. Timing matters quite a bit when comparing lab results. Values collected weeks or months apart aren't a direct comparison, since biomarkers naturally shift based on things like diet, exercise, hydration, sleep, stress, illness, medications, and supplements. So a difference between your two results is often a sign that your levels changed in between tests, rather than an accuracy issue.
The most reliable way to compare results is to test within about an hour of each other, in the same location and under similar conditions. We're happy to take a closer look with you, feel free to reach out to us at any time via text, live chat, or email. We are here and happy to help!
